**Cancellation and Refund Policy**
At Marty Motorbike Hire and Tours, your safety is our top priority. While we aim deliver an exhilarating experience, we reserve the right to cancel a booking to uphold high health safety standards.
**Cancellations by Us:**
In the rare event that we need to cancel a booking for safety, a full refund will be issued. If unsafe weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances force us to terminate a tour early, a pro-rata refund will be provided based on the remaining tour. Marty Motorbikes reserves the right to cancel a booking at any time due to circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, equipment failure, or safety concerns. In such cases, customers receive a full refund of all amounts paid, the deposit. Please note that Marty Motorbike will not be liable for any consequential losses, travel costs, accommodation costs, or other expenses by the customer. **
**Cancellations the Customer:**
Customers may cancel a booking by providing written notice to Marty Motorbike. Refunds will be processed as follows: - Cancellations made 14 or more days before the scheduled start will receive a full refund of the balance paid. -cancellations made 7 to 13 days before the scheduled start date will receive a 50% refund of the balance paid. - Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled start will not receive a refund. **No-Show Policy:** If the customer fails arrive at the agreed time, no refund will be issued.
